Kelly France is one of Twelve Mile Recovery’s dynamic and dedicated goal-setting and recovery coaches. With a unique talent for helping clients identify and achieve meaningful, long-term goals, Kelly ensures that their recovery journey is built on a strong foundation of purpose and growth. He addresses the all-important question many in recovery face: “I’m sober and in recovery…NOW WHAT?”

A former crack addict and alcoholic, Kelly has turned his life around through recovery, becoming a marathon runner and recently qualifying for the prestigious Boston Marathon. Sober since 2011, his personal journey of resilience and transformation inspires those he works with, giving them hope that they, too, can build a fulfilling life.

Kelly is also the founder of Life Beyond Sobriety, a private online community created to support long-term recovery through goal setting, accountability, and weekly live coaching sessions. The community emphasizes health, wellness, and personal growth, with most members pursuing fitness goals. This collaborative space encourages members to share their wins, cheer each other on, and participate in monthly challenges aimed at improving both mental and physical health.

Now, Abbey is passionate about sharing this ancient wisdom with others. Her mission is to help individuals reconnect with their truest, most authentic selves, cultivate self-compassion, and discover inner peace. At Twelve Mile Recovery, Abbey’s yoga practice is designed to complement addiction recovery, offering tools for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Drawing from his own transformative journey with breathwork, he has spent the last four years guiding individuals both privately and within residential treatment programs.

With over 15 years of experience as a personal and private chef, Jess brings a wealth of expertise in creating tailored, client-specific menus that address specialized diets and nutritional needs. Her work spans Ontario, NYC, and Connecticut, where she has helped countless individuals harness the power of nutrition to achieve their goals.

Jess holds a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Exercise Science, blending her deep understanding of nutrition with a passion for fitness and well-being. A competitive bodybuilder, she recently returned to the stage, combining her professional knowledge with personal discipline and strength. Her experiences uniquely position her to inspire and guide clients toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
