Holistic Addiction Treatment
Private residential care, 100% owned and operated by people in long-term recovery. The best of both worlds — clinical expertise and lived experience.
Recovery Begins With Understanding
“Addiction is not a choice or a moral failure. It’s a response to human suffering.”
We believe addiction is not a choice or a moral failure, it is a response to human suffering. Through person-first, evidence-based care, we address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of addiction in a home environment built on structure, connection, and compassion.

Inpatient program →Virtual Treatment
100% online, expert-led therapy and support from home, for those who can’t step away or as a step down after residency.
Virtual program →Lifetime Membership & Aftercare
Recovery doesn’t end at discharge, it’s where membership begins. A community dedicated to supporting you every step of the way towards lasting sobriety.
Life after treatment →Prescribing, Informed by Your DNA
Every client receives pharmacogenetics testing to help our physicians understand how your body processes medication, supporting more personalized, data-informed care from the start.
How it works →Two Residences. One Standard of Care.
Rodman Hall
Our immersive residential home, a historic estate on the Twelve Mile Creek with grand rooms, gardens and trails — the finest recovery residence in Canada.
Explore Rodman Hall →Lake Street
An intimate, beautifully renovated home in downtown St. Catharines — the same program as Rodman Hall, and the most affordable six weeks of private residential treatment in Canada.
Explore Lake Street →You’re carrying this too. We help families understand addiction, set boundaries and support recovery, without losing yourselves in the process.
A Calm You Can Feel. Care You Can Trust.
Discretion isn’t a feature here—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Behind the calm of our residences is a team of experienced clinicians and a depth of care designed to support meaningful, lasting recovery.
Nothing Is Shared
Your call, your name and your story stay between us, we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information. No one needs to know you reached out.
Nurses on the Team
Registered practical nurses are part of daily care at the residences.
Physician Oversight
Addiction-medicine physician oversight informs every treatment plan — guided by pharmacogenetic testing, a DNA test included for every client.
72 Hours Sober Before Arrival
We’re not a detox facility. All we ask is that clients have at least 72 hours of sobriety before arriving, so from day one, you can focus fully on recovery.
Where Lived Experience Meets Clinical Expertise
Our team brings together professional expertise and personal understanding of recovery. Through clinical excellence, compassion, and lived experience, we create care that meets each person with empathy, respect, and genuine understanding.
Meet the team →Treatment Ends. Your Recovery Community Continues.
Most programs close your file when treatment ends. We believe recovery is strengthened through ongoing connection. That’s why you become part of the Twelve Mile community for life—with the people who walked the path beside you, group meetings you can join from home, and one-to-one aftercare that continues long after you return to everyday life. No expiry date. No re-application.
The Twelve Mile App, Built by Us
Not an off-the-shelf portal, our own app: daily check-ins, your recovery milestones, and a direct line to counsellors and peers, in your pocket.
Lifetime Membership
Complete treatment and you’re a member for life, ongoing support and guidance, empowering you to maintain lasting recovery and thrive in everyday life.
Virtual Aftercare
Group and one-to-one support you can join from anywhere, so recovery keeps its footing when you return to real life.
Indigenous Programming & Healing
Our Indigenous programming honours culture, tradition, and community through meaningful connections, culturally relevant supports, traditional healing practices, and trusted partnerships with Indigenous service providers.
