Enrolling online is open to adults 18 and over living in Ontario. None of the three is crisis care, medical care or withdrawal management, and none is for anyone under 18.

Our own portal

Everything happens in one private place, built for our clients

The portal is Twelve Mile Recovery’s own software, hosted in Canada. It isn’t a course marketplace or a video app with a login. Your lessons, your counsellor, your sessions and your group aftercare are all in one place, and only the people in your care can see what’s yours.

  1. Lessons open as you go. A new topic opens most days. Each lesson has its video and, for an assignment, a private place to write your reflection.
  2. Your writing stays yours. Nobody reads your reflections unless you share one, and then only your counsellor and therapist, who can reply under it.
  3. Your counsellor, a message away. Ask about any lesson in a private message, and book sessions from their open times.
  4. Sessions over private video. Sessions run in your browser over secure video. There’s nothing to install.
  5. A certificate when you finish. Finish every lesson and your Certificate of Completion is waiting for you in the portal.
